1. Digital Products & Services
We provide digital products and services, including:
AI-generated visuals
Music releases
Artwork
Custom-made video/visual projects
Digital downloads
Unless clearly stated, no physical items are shipped.
All digital sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except in cases covered under our Refund Policy.
2. Licensing & Ownership
Purchasing a digital visual or artwork grants you a non-exclusive license to use the delivered file for:
Music promotion (YouTube, Spotify Canvas, TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Social media posts
DJ teasers, event promos, artist branding
Label/artist marketing
You may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, or repackage the file
Claim authorship of the artwork
Use the artwork commercially (merch, prints, NFTs, resale)
Request source project files
Ragnarok Core retains full copyright over all visuals, artwork, and creative material.
Credit is appreciated but not required.
3. Order Requirements
Production begins only after we receive all required files:
Audio file (MP3/WAV)
Text (artist name, title, etc.)
Logo or branding (optional)
Style references or mood boards (optional)
If required files are missing or incorrect, delivery may be delayed.
Orders that remain incomplete for 7 days due to missing customer files will be marked as delivered with no refund.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
Standard orders: 24–72 hours
Rush orders: within 24 hours (if purchased)
Music/downloads: instant
Actual delivery may vary depending on workload and complexity.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email and checking spam folders for download links.
5. Revisions Policy
Each custom order includes one free minor revision, covering things like:
Small timing adjustments
Color tweaks
Text changes
Minor placement fixes
Major changes are not included and require a new order:
New concepts or scenes
Changing the music
Major stylistic redesigns
“Make something totally different” requests
All revision requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
You received the wrong file
The delivered file is corrupted or unusable
A duplicate payment was made
Refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind
Artistic preference (“I don’t like it”)
Delays caused by missing customer files
Delivery delays outside our control
Downloadable digital products
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You own or have rights to the audio/music you provide
You supply accurate information
You download and back up your files promptly
Ragnarok Core is not responsible for:
Lost files after delivery
Copyright disputes from customer-supplied audio
Platform takedowns or strikes (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
8. Technical Issues
We are not liable for issues caused by:
Email filtering or spam folders
Full inboxes
Software or hardware limitations
Third-party platform problems (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
If you do not receive your files, contact us — we will resend them.
9. User-Generated Content
Users may post comments or reviews where available.
You agree not to post anything:
Offensive or defamatory
Illegal
Copyright-infringing
Harmful or abusive
We may remove such content at any time.
By posting content, you grant Ragnarok Core a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and use it for promotional or operational purposes.
10. External Links
Our website may include links to third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of those external sites.
You may link to Ragnarok Core if:
It is not deceptive
It does not imply endorsement
It fits naturally within your site
We may request removal of any link at any time.
11. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your orders.
We do not sell or share your information with unrelated parties.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website performance
