Refunds are only issued if:

• You receive the wrong file.

• The file is corrupted or unusable.

• A duplicate order was placed by mistake.

• Missing or incomplete customer input (audio, text, images).

• Delays caused by late file delivery from the customer.

Delivery Time:

• Standard delivery: 24–72 hours (depending on workload).

• Rush Delivery: within 24 hours (only if the rush option is purchased).

• Music releases: instant digital download after purchase.

Delivery Method:

• Files are sent via email or download link.

• Make sure your email address is correct when checking out.

Important:

• Delivery time starts only after all required files are provided (audio, text, logo, references).

• If files are missing, delivery will be delayed until we receive them.

If you haven’t received your order within the stated timeframe, contact us and we will resend the files.

You may NOT:

• Request source files or project files (not included)

Ragnarok Core retains the copyright to the original artwork and production process.

Credit is appreciated but not required.

Ragnarok Core is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Technical problems on the customer’s side (email issues, file storage limits, slow downloads)

• Platform issues on third-party sites (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload.

By purchasing a visual, the customer acknowledges that artistic interpretation, visual style, and creative output may vary based on the submitted audio and references.

Ragnarok Core is not liable for:

• Loss of income from how you choose to use the visual

• Platform takedowns or copyright claims from music you do not own

• Customer misuse of the delivered files

• Any third-party modifications after delivery

We only collect the information necessary to process your order and deliver your visuals or music. This includes:

• Name

• Email address

• Payment details (processed securely by Stripe/PayPal)

• Files you upload to complete your order (audio, artwork, references)

We do NOT:

• Sell or share your data with third parties

• Store your payment information on our servers

• Use your data for anything unrelated to your order

How your data is used:

• To deliver your purchased files

• To contact you about your order if needed

• To verify payments and prevent fraud

Security:

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal). We do not have access to your full card information.

Data deletion:

If you want your information removed from our system, contact us and we will delete all associated files and data.
